Those delivering public services are under increasing pressure to deliver more for less. In the midst of this it is important for workers to reflect and learn on what has worked well and what hasn’t. And more importantly why. I work with individuals and teams to facilitate this learning in a non-judgmental way.

• Support to Comic Relief’s Rise and Shine Programme  (on behalf of Dartington Service Design Lab) 

• Support in the development of theory of change for projects funded by The Maudsley Charity (on behalf of Dartington Service Design Lab).
